Things you should know before drilling a well on your property
There are some basic measurements used in most counties. The well needs to be:
- 10 feet from nearest property line in city lots.
- 50 feet from the nearest property line.
- 50 feet from city sewer tight lines.
- 50 feet from creeks.
- 100 feet from septic fields and septic tanks.
- 100 feet from animal enclosures.
The well drilling company has to apply for your well drilling permit, so a plot plan will need to be submitted.
Other things to consider are:
- Home owner associations
- Local city bylaws

We handle all of the permit process and County inspections.

A lower cost alternative that can meet the needs of many home owners and small farms and ranches.
